REGISTRATION
The registration fee cover attendance to all scientific sessions, includes the cost of morning and afternoon coffee/tea and conference dinner. Payment of the registration fee should be made in euros (EUR).
Registration fee will be EUR 400 with registration before September 12, 2017, and EUR 550 after September 12. For students, the registration fee is EUR 200. Registration fee for accompanying persons is EUR 100.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Cancellation must be notified in writing to the secretariat. In case of cancellation, the registration fee(s) minus 10% handling charge will be refunded, provided that the request for refunding is made before September 15, 2017.
No refund of the registration fee(s) can be made after this date.
